We are all sentient beings, able to sense and feel the events happening around us. Within our family, outside our family, in our village, on the streets, and in our workplace; most of the time we are able to understand what is happening around us. However, the picture becomes hazier as we move up the ladder of hierarchy. For example, grasping what is happening within a country or internationally, why it is happening and what can be done about it, may be unclear for some individuals.
Human psyche, be it individual or collective, is the same at every level. The internal dynamics of the behavior of a small or a large group of people are by and large the same. Part I of the book sheds light on such issues and tries to get to the core of the underlying dynamics of complex national and international affairs on the basis of attributes that are common to all.

In case of individuals the bar for morality is high. However, civilization instinctively crushes the child, eats it and moves on, as if nothing has happened. No different than savages, it kills and eats barely distinguishable flesh of another civilization. This is the Ideologic Boundary of the current world order. Billions have plundered, pillaged and perished while trying to get hold of a few yards of land. Humanity is unable to think sincerely beyond a few feet. Whatever lies outside is arcane. Stagnant water is befouling atmosphere and a lot of damage has already been done. Prejudice is not so soon palliated nor is intolerance willingly extinguished. Unable to comprehend the meaning of a united world, your mind is not impartial as yet. Achieve enlightenment. The current world order is marred by vested interests; this body does not have a soul. You are emotional being, not mechanical being and as such in dire need of a system that has a throbbing heart. A system that injects family values right into the heart of the world order.
