The world is geographically a single unit. Therefore, splitting it into around two hundred pieces (countries) is like playing havoc with its natural contours. The potential of the world and its inhabitants has been reduced exponentially by such unnatural divisions, subdivisions, and subdivisions of subdivisions.
Diversity is a positive attribute. However, if it increases to the extent of damaging geography, it may be concluded that ideology and geography are not in sync. Over an extended period of time, the conflicts increased to such an extent that they ultimately damaged geography. We are all human and yet so divided in our beliefs that absolutely no way of reconciliation is in sight. Our overall ideology is weak and there is no authority to force us to move onward as a single unit. Because of this mental incompatibility, there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
The world is a long train that consists of around two hundred bogies. However, there is no locomotive in front of the train, and the bogies are not of equal size. In addition, every bogie has an individual engine of certain horsepower that may exert power either in the forward or backward direction. This train, with the current state of affairs, can never reach its destination. It is like one body with two hundred brains; hence, this system is totally out of sync with nature.
Whether a system that accommodates all is possible or violence is the only way of moving ahead—question of ages.
So as to survive and move onward, our ideology must be such that it is in line with the laws of nature. The laws governing ideology shall be framed in a way that they remain subordinate to the laws governing nature, because we are not in a position to bend nature. Any ideology that is not aligned with nature is doomed to failure.
The current state of mind can take us no further. Therefore, a new system of governance is definitely required to cross this boundary and move onward. This book deals with the dynamics and shortcomings of the current world order, what may be done to overcome these shortcomings, and the way forward.
Part I deals with what is happening in the world and why it is happening. From the national to the international level it explores intricacies of dynamics that shape events around us. Part II deals with creating a neutral and holistic hierarchy of countries so that we may know what we are looking at. Additionally, this categorization may help us to formulate rules for all to follow in future. Part III tells us that the current forms of governance are outdated therefore, a new form of governance is the need of the hour. It explores the constitution of a new system (Neocracy) and elaborate machinations involved in its creation. Part IV deals with implementation of Neocracy at the national level, and Part V deals with implementation of Neocracy at the international level.
Together they constitute the Melody of Pulse. This book is intended to inject feelings of sympathy and empathy into the otherwise cold and apathetic attitude of nations at the international level. In other words, it is hoped that the Melody of Pulse will breathe life into the lifeless body of the current world order.
